These terms & conditions concerns the webshop of Highlight Model Studio which is owned by Riemu Design, VAT: FI22775368. Riemu Design sells products to private persons over 18 years almost all over the world. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes. By using Highlight Model Studio webshop you are accepting these terms & conditions. Riemu Design can't guarantee that the webshop works without errors. If it isn't written in the law Riemu Design is not responsible about any possible damage or harm that may cause from the use of our webshop. Riemu Design keeps the right to change these terms & conditions by publishing updated terms & conditions on www.highlightmodelstudio.com. Please make sure you are aware about our terms & conditions before placing an order.
VAT, Tax-free and customs:
Inside European Union consumers are paying VAT (Value Added Tax) and this is included in prices already. Products are free of VAT for customers outside European Union. Tax-free prices can be seen when customer is registering to the webshop and he selects delivery country outside EU. Please notice there might be a custom fees or tax in your country.
Registering to the webshop
You may register and create an account to our webshop but this is not mandatory for placing an order. When you create an account you can select your delivery address and country and preferred currency. Now the webshop is able to show you possible delivery options. If your address is outside EU area you can see tax-free prices in selected currency.
Placing an order
You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Payment options
Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Operated by Stripe Inc.) and PayPal.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.
Delivery and costs
The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders mainly as unregistered mail. You are able to select registered mail also which is trackable with a tracking code. Notice that tracking isn't provided to all countries.
Delivery time
Normally we are handling orders in 1-3 weekdays. For example holidays may cause delays. Delivery time for orders can be anything from 1-16 days and this estimate comes from Finnish Post Office. Riemu Design not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing. When returning an order, please attach your name and contact information as well as your bank account number for money refunds.

Problem situations
It is very important to us that you are happy with your order. Always contact us first if there is any problems with your order. In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
